Sub-Department of Psychology<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sub-Department of Psychology operates within the Department of Social Sciences as a central scientific and teaching unit dedicated to the fields of educational psychology, developmental psychology, health psychology, and interdisciplinary aspects of the digital environment and cybersecurity. Members of the Sub-Department participate in teaching on undergraduate, graduate, specialist, and doctoral study programmes of the Faculty of Education and contribute to the development of contemporary curricula and lifelong learning programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members of the Sub-Department actively participate in the work of numerous national and international scientific and professional associations. They are regularly involved in organisational, programme, and scientific committees of conferences and contribute to the visibility of the profession through scientific research, professional activities, and public events. Their scientific and professional interests encompass a wide range of topics related to children with developmental difficulties \u2013 from developmental disabilities to giftedness \u2013 with an emphasis on challenges and opportunities within the education system. In addition, Sub-Department members engage in interdisciplinary topics related to information and cybersecurity, as well as risky online behaviour among children and young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
