{"id":15791,"date":"2026-07-14T08:20:58","date_gmt":"2026-07-14T06:20:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.foozos.hr\/?page_id=15791"},"modified":"2026-07-20T11:06:10","modified_gmt":"2026-07-20T09:06:10","slug":"cepus","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.foozos.hr\/en\/cepus\/","title":{"rendered":"CEEPUS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>CEEPUS Incoming Academic and Non-academic Staff<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Faculty of Education, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek welcomes academic and non-academic staff participating in the CEEPUS programme.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Staff mobility within the CEEPUS programme aims to strengthen cooperation between partner institutions, exchange knowledge and good practices, and promote international collaboration in higher education.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Before your arrival<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After receiving your CEEPUS scholarship, you are required to:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n\t<li>accept your mobility in the CEEPUS online system (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ceepus.info\">www.ceepus.info<\/a>);<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\t<li>read and accept the conditions of the General Info Package;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\t<li>contact the Faculty CEEPUS Coordinator well in advance to arrange your mobility programme and practical details;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\t<li>ensure that you have valid health insurance for the entire duration of your stay;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\t<li>check visa requirements if you are a non-EU citizen.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Academic Staff<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teaching staff are expected to agree on their teaching programme with the host institution before arrival. The programme should be prepared in cooperation with the Faculty CEEPUS Coordinator and the relevant department. For non-EU citizens staying longer than six days, a Work Registration Certificate may be required. The application procedure is coordinated by the host institution in cooperation with the local police administration.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Non-academic Staff<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non-academic staff mobility focuses on professional development, exchange of administrative practices and strengthening cooperation within the CEEPUS network. Participants are encouraged to agree on a detailed work programme with the host institution before arrival.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Accommodation<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accommodation is not provided by the Croatian National CEEPUS Office for incoming academic and non-academic staff. Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own accommodation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scholarship Payment<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CEEPUS grant is transferred through the host institution.
