Centre for Interdisciplinary Education and Technology

The goal of the Center is to encourage in-service and pre-service educators to adopt an interdisciplinary approach to teaching and to integrate technology into their educational practices while providing them with support throughout this process. Additionally, the Center aims to foster active collaboration among researchers and scientists from different fields and institutions by creating collaborative networks and joint research initiatives.

Our vision is to create an environment that promotes excellence in teaching, learning, science, research, and innovation through an interdisciplinary approach. We believe in the importance of supporting the professional development of educators to enhance their skills in interdisciplinary teaching and the application of technology in education. In doing so, we contribute to expanding knowledge and advancing educational practices in these key areas.

The mission of the Center is reflected in the following:

  • developing the ability to connect different fields of knowledge among children, students, educators, researchers, scientists, and institutions through various activities,
  • enhancing mentorship and providing greater support to students interested in interdisciplinary fields and the application of technology in education.
  • promoting the professional development of educators in the field of interdisciplinary teaching approaches and the use of technology in education,
  • empowering educators with the skills and knowledge of interdisciplinary approaches necessary for high-quality teaching and learning, as well as the purposeful application of technology in education,
  • supporting and encouraging research on interdisciplinary approaches and the application of technology in education,
  • offering support for external initiatives in the field of interdisciplinary teaching approaches and the use of technology in education,
  • establishing cooperation with economic entities.

The Center for Interdisciplinary Education and Technology will provide opportunities and support developing essential skills among preschool children, students, educators at all educational levels, researchers, and scientists.
