Lifelong Learning

The Pedagogical-Psychological and Didactic-Methodological Training provided by the Faculty of Education supports participants in lifelong learning and professional development, aiming to equip them with the knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary for the teaching profession.

This programme is designed for participants who have not acquired teaching competencies during their initial education but intend to work in educational institutions, as well as those required to complete Pedagogical-Psychological and Didactic-Methodological Training while being employed in higher education.

The programme provides participants with comprehensive knowledge based on the latest insights in Pedagogy, Didactics, Educational Psychology, and Teaching Methodology.

The Faculty of Education offers a lifelong learning programme for acquiring teaching competencies through two different modules:

Module A – Focuses on pedagogical and psychological training for professionals from non-teaching backgrounds in primary and secondary education. Participants can attend Module A in Osijek, Koprivnica, and Zabok, with classes held on Fridays and Saturdays.

Module B – Designed for Teaching Assistants employed in higher education institutions. This module enables participants to acquire competencies in general pedagogical-psychological and didactic-methodological education, necessary for conducting university teaching.
