Secretary office

The Secretary Office of the Faculty handles professional-administrative tasks for the Faculty and its bodies, as well as legal, personnel, and organisational tasks related to the technical coordination of work within the internal organisational units, services, and departments that form part of the Secretary Office. The office coordinates the work of subordinate organisational units: the Service for Legal, IT, and Professional and Administrative Tasks, which includes legal and general tasks for the Faculty and its bodies, tasks related to human resources, teaching activities, study programmes, organisation of studies, and student matters, tasks related to the implementation of lifelong learning programmes; scientific activities; publishing activities; tasks related to quality assurance and improvement; international and inter-institutional cooperation; career counselling; and IT services. It also coordinates the Financial and Accounting Service, which handles financial operations and accounting, as well as procurement, and tasks related to the financing and implementation of projects and programmes.

The Secretary Office also performs organisational, professional, and administrative tasks for the Dean and Vice-Deans, protocol tasks, public relations tasks, monitoring the implementation of the Faculty’s Strategic Plan, and coordinating professional tasks carried out by the Dean’s advisors, expert committees, or working groups within the scope of the Dean’s responsibilities.

Additionally, the Secretary Office manages communications with Rectorate services, the Ministry of Science, Education, and Youth, other state administration bodies, national bodies, scientific-teaching constituents, and other organisational units of the University, as well as the Student Union. It ensures the proper use of resources, manages occupational safety tasks, and handles general, technical, and support tasks, including transcription, duplication, registry, dispatch, archiving, maintenance of premises, equipment, and cleanliness, as well as other tasks assigned by the Dean and the Faculty’s Secretary.
