Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Incoming Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff
Dear colleagues and friends,
It is our pleasure to welcome you to the Faculty of Education in Osijek and to host you during your Erasmus+ staff mobility.
Our Faculty strongly supports mobility opportunities for both teaching and non-teaching staff, recognising the importance of interinstitutional and international cooperation within the Erasmus+ Programme. We believe that the exchange of knowledge, experience and examples of good practice contributes to professional development and strengthens academic and administrative collaboration.
Opportunities for Teaching Staff
Members of teaching staff from partner higher education institutions may participate in Erasmus+ staff mobility at our Faculty for the purposes of teaching or training.
Teaching activities may be carried out within the following study programmes:

- Educational Rehabilitation

Opportunities for Non-Teaching Staff
Members of non-teaching staff from partner institutions may participate in Erasmus+ staff mobility for the purpose of training.
During their stay, non-teaching staff may visit the Faculty’s administrative offices and departments, library, IT services and other relevant units in order to become acquainted with the organisation and everyday work of our professional staff. Such visits provide an opportunity to exchange examples of good practice, develop professional competences, share ideas and strengthen international cooperation in the field of higher education administration and support services.
Before Coming to Osijek
Before starting your mobility, please keep in mind the following:
- Please contact the Erasmus coordinator at the Faculty of Education in Osijek (Vjekoslav Galzina, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Vice-dean for business relations and international cooperation, international@foozos.hr ) in order to and arrange dates of your stay in Osijek, your teaching/training plan, schedule, etc.
- The Erasmus coordinator at the Faculty will provide you with an official Acceptance Letter, signed and stamped, which you will need for the application procedure at your home institution.
- You are required to apply through the current Erasmus+ Staff Mobility call published by your home university.
- Only your home university can officially nominate you for Erasmus+ Staff Mobility.
- All information provided in your application form and later in your Mobility Agreement for Teaching or Mobility Agreement for Training will be used solely for the purposes of organising and implementing your Erasmus+ mobility.
- Please send all documents that need to be signed and stamped by the host institution to the Erasmus coordinator.
Upon Arrival / During Mobility
Please contact the Erasmus coordinator at the Faculty of Education in Osijek in advance in order to arrange a meeting upon your arrival.
The Erasmus coordinator will:
- show you the campus;
- accompany you to the department or unit of your choice;
- introduce you to the colleagues, teachers and students with whom you will collaborate during your stay in Osijek;
- sign and stamp the Confirmation of Arrival and Departure at the end of your mobility.
